Refund Policy

All payments for FocusFlow are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. FocusFlow is operated by Chrishawn Abas doing business as ABAS Solutions.
💡 Payment Processing
Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, sales tax, VAT, and payment compliance on our behalf. When you subscribe to FocusFlow, your purchase is made from Paddle, and they appear as the seller on your bank or card statement.
🎉 Free Trial
FocusFlow offers a 14-day free trial for all new users. No credit card is required to start the trial. During the trial period, you have full access to all features. If you choose not to subscribe at the end of the trial, your account will be paused — no charges will ever be made without your explicit consent.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your FocusFlow subscription at any time through:
- Your FocusFlow Settings page
- Emailing support@abassolutions.net
- Contacting Paddle directly via your receipt email
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You retain full access to FocusFlow until then. Your personal data (Memory Vault, conversation history) is retained for 30 days after cancellation to allow for easy reactivation.
Refund Policy
Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle and are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Paddle may refuse a refund request if there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior that entitles Paddle to counterclaim the refund.
This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer in relation to services which are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.
In general:
- Refund requests made within 72 hours of initial subscription are typically honored.
- Partial-month refunds are not provided for mid-cycle cancellations.
- Annual subscriptions may be eligible for prorated refunds within the first 30 days.
