By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

FocusFlow is an AI-powered scheduling companion designed for individuals with ADHD, autism, and other neurodivergent conditions. The Service provides:

• Adaptive Scheduling: Personalized daily scheduling via Telegram messages that adapt to your self-reported energy levels.
• Companion Intelligence: A persistent AI companion powered by Anthropic's Claude that learns your preferences, comfort items, and routines over time.
• Dopamine Delivery: Proactive personalized affirmations, micro-rewards, and body-doubling check-ins.
• Care Circle: The ability for trusted individuals to provide context about your state to the AI.

The Service is provided "as-is" and is intended as a supportive tool, not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times.
• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
• You may not use another user's account without permission.

• Pricing: FocusFlow offers monthly ($9.99/month) and annual ($89/year) subscription plans, as detailed on our pricing page.
• Payment Method: All billing is handled by our secure payment processor and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). We do not store your credit card details directly.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to renewal.
• Price Changes: Prices may change with at least 30 days prior notice to existing subscribers.
• Taxes: Paddle handles all applicable sales tax, VAT, and other transaction taxes as the Merchant of Record.
• Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if your payment method fails or your account is in arrears.

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required to start the trial. During the trial, you have full access to all Service features. You may cancel at any time during the trial with no charges. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be prompted to subscribe to continue using the Service.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings page or by contacting us at support@abassolutions.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you retain access until then. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

• You are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of any data you provide to the Service, including personal preferences, context updates, and Care Circle information.
• You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service or its AI systems.
• You agree not to share AI-generated content from FocusFlow in a way that misrepresents it as coming from a licensed medical or mental health professional.
• You agree not to use the Care Circle feature to harass, manipulate, or control another person.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ABAS Solutions. You retain full ownership of the personal data and context you provide. AI-generated messages are provided under a non-exclusive license for personal use only.

In no event shall ABAS Solutions, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (c) any AI-generated content or recommendations; or (d) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any material changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
